We are looking for a Head of Investor Relations for our client, a private equity firm based in Geneva.
The Head of Investor Relations will lead the development and management of the firm's global investor engagement strategy, ensuring top-tier service, clear communication, regulatory compliance, and strong relationships between investors and the firm's operations. This role reports to top executive leadership and collaborates with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee investor engagement framework: Build and maintain relationships with funding partners, including family offices, asset advisors, government funds, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals.
* Create customized investor approaches: Segment investors and tailor interactions and involvement structures accordingly.
* Prospect sourcing: Leverage an established network to enhance capital access and reputation.
* Manage the full investor journey: Oversee processes from outreach to exit, including compliance checks (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS), subscriptions, capital requests, and payouts.
* Data and access control: Implement mechanisms for managing investor documentation, authorizations, and compliance milestones.
* Internal advocacy: Represent investor perspectives internally to influence investment decisions, fund setup, governance, and disclosures.
* LP Advocacy: Engage with limited partners in investment reviews, deal oversight, and advisory roles.
* Investor outreach and communication: Develop and execute communication plans, including reports, newsletters, and updates.
* Regulatory alignment: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure communication accuracy and adherence.
* Event planning: Organize investor events, including conferences, meetings, and tours.
* Ongoing interactions: Maintain regular communication through calls, reports, and updates.
* Review processes and due diligence: Support investor evaluations and joint investment due diligence.
* Manage co-investments: Oversee co-investment processes, documentation, and reporting.
* Investor data management: Maintain a detailed investor database to inform sourcing and product development.
* Operational integration: Use investor insights to enhance deal sourcing, asset management, and fundraising.
* Co-investment oversight: Manage joint investment cycles from selection to reporting.
* Innovate investor benefits: Develop value-added initiatives like predictive capital calls, integrated reporting, personalized trackers, and rapid response systems to exceed industry standards.

Ideal Profile
* Minimum 10 years' experience in private equity, private credit, or alternative investments.
* Broad network with family offices, sovereign funds, and high-net-worth individuals across Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
* Proven leadership in global investor relations, with knowledge of fund structures, governance, legal, and compliance frameworks.
* Organized, relationship-oriented, and capable of strategic and practical execution in a dynamic environment.
* High drive, reliability, and performance under pressure.
