About the Role
As our Customer/Distribution Manager, you'll be the strategic bridge between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and our valued customers and broker partners throughout Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Country Head, you'll develop and execute relationship strategies that drive mutual growth and create lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Align with customers and/or distribution partners on mutual local strategic priorities and execute go-to-market plans with emphasis on managed relationships
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and communicating Swiss Re's value proposition
Business Development: Build and manage deal pipelines with customers and/or distribution partners, ensuring alignment with underwriting teams
Data Analysis: Interpret performance metrics and extract actionable insights to optimize business strategies and portfolio management
Market Intelligence: Collect and share valuable market insights from customers and distribution partners to inform business decisions
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Risk Engineering Services, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver maximum results
Innovation: Leverage Swiss Re's thought leadership and innovative solutions to deliver on agreed strategic priorities
