Job Description
1. Oversee all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Reservations, and Concierge, managing large teams across departments
2. Drive flawless execution of service in line with ultra-luxury hospitality standards (Forbes and 5-star excellence standards)
3. Lead, develop, and empower department heads and teams, ensuring high performance, discipline, and engagement (100+)
4. Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency at scale
5. Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, and F&B to optimize performance and guest satisfaction
6. Act as a senior leader on the Executive Committee and representative of the hotel's standards and culture
