Senior Performance Marketing Analyst
to play a crucial role in the Customer Acquisition area within the Marketing department. We are looking for a professional who is a data lover, obsessed by a data‑driven approach and capable of understanding the dynamics of both marketing and data departments.

Job Title – Senior Performance Marketing Analyst

Team – Customer Acquisition team within the Marketing department

Contract – Permanent, full‑time (EUR 36 h/wee)
What Your Impact Will Be
Proactively define and review an overarching marketing strategy, based on data & insights, aligned with the company's business goals, identifying areas for optimization and experimentation to drive incremental gains in marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Supervise the reporting for the Customer Acquisition departments to have daily hands on the main marketing channel, communicating effectively performance trends and insights to the manager.
Collaborate closely with Data & Analytics team to ensure alignment and coherence of overall data initiatives. Understand the DB structure and dynamics to extract and analyze data coming from various sources including digital marketing platforms, website analytics, and third‑party data.
Partner with marketing teams inside and outside the Customer Acquisition department, create a strong connection with SEM, SEO and Display teams offering the proper support in setting the marketing strategy, based on analytics.
Create a similar connection with other marketing teams not in the Customer Acquisition department to understand if and how “external factors” can affect overall performance.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in marketing analytics and technology to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
