Reagents Operator - Chemistry / GMP / German / Plants

The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in a technical field, such as chemistry, as a machine or plant operator, and brings initial professional experience in a production environment, ideally in diagnostics. They possess knowledge of regulated environments, particularly GMP, are fluent in German (both written and spoken), and are willing to work in a two‑shift system; English skills are an advantage.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Timely and high‑quality production of liquid reagents for S&C products and their GMP‑compliant documentation
Printing samples and batch documents from SAP
Timely and high‑quality filling and inspection (online inspection, IPC) of liquid reagents for BGE products and their GMP‑compliant documentation
Preparing the consumables used for production and filling and stocking the production areas with all necessary materials
Operating the mixing systems, including the PLC, and the filling machines
Performing maintenance work on the filling machines according to the relevant SOPs
Performing cleaning activities in the mixing and weighing areas and in the vicinity of the filling machines
Operating the mixing and filling machines
Troubleshooting and identifying mechanical malfunctions
Rapidly resolving malfunctions to restore equipment availability
Implementing improvements/optimizations to the equipment
Supervising external technicians
Optimal resource utilization
Supporting logistics and packaging
Optional Tasks
Compliance with quality regulations. Adherence to all relevant SOPs, legal, regulatory and GMP requirements in the work area.
Creation and processing of SOPs, changes and deviation reports.
Training of new employees
Assistance with projects related to formulation activities and filling machines.
Must-haves
Completed chemical training, preferably in the chemical field (e.g., chemical technologist) or in the technical field of plant engineering (e.g., plant technician or automation technician)
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with plant engineering or chemistry
GMP knowledge and experience in a hygiene‑sensitive environment
Excellent written and spoken German skills are required (documentation)
Highly communicative personality with a strong commitment to quality
Responsible, goal‑oriented, reliable, and proactive
Team player and willing to assist in other areas (e.g., packaging)
Independent, flexible, systematic, and solution‑oriented work style
Positive attitude with a focus on purchasing, production planning, and materials management
