Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Partner Success Manager located in Nyon, with flexibility for some remote work. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting our partners’ digital transition by analysing and understanding their information systems, identifying business needs and proposing digital integrations to be developed by our IT department. He or she will also ensure that digital initiatives are deployed and run smoothly, and will measure partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
 * Create a relationship of trust with our partners and analyse their tools
 * Identify the digital needs of our partners
 * Develop proposals for digital solutions with the help of our IT teams or promote our developed tools
 * Support our partners in the implementation of our digital tools and integration solutions
 * Coordinate specific developments and/or bug fixes based on feedback from our partners
 * Train and support the sales team in advising and implementing digital solutions
Qualifications
 * Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) IT or equivalent
 * Several years’ professional experience in Customer Success Management / Sales Digital / Product Management Digital / Project Management would be an advantage
 * Very good understanding of digital market needs and trends, ideally in the real estate and/or insurance sectors
 * Knowledge of Salesforce and Mulesoft is a significant advantage
 * Excellent communication skills, able to deal with customers and stakeholders
 * Project responsibility in complex projects and processes
 * High level of service orientation and customer focus
 * Ability to work as part of a team and a structured way of working
 * Persuasiveness in customer discussions with a strong focus on results
 * Strong knowledge of French, and preferably German as well
 * Strong sensitivity to business issues and ability to act as a business partner
