Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to lead process development and engineering, alongside the construction of a new Accelerator plant in Switzerland. After successful commissioning and operation of the Accelerator, the role will be central to further process development and scale-up of the process to commercial levels.
* Lead and manage process development and engineering tasks.
* Oversee equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
* Ensure timely and on-budget execution of projects.
* Drive the scale-up of chemical recycling processes to commercial levels.

You should have a flexible, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving. You look forward to independently planning, organizing, and executing projects on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate should bring:
* A Master's Degree in Chemical or comparable field.
* 5+ years of experience in a process engineering position.
* Operational experience within chemical, oil, and gas or polymer processing industries.
* Ability to work with process simulation and fluid mechanics software, e.g. Pro-II.
* Fluent English language skills.
* Optional: German language skills.
* Experience in Switzerland is a plus.
* Willingness to travel up to 20% for needed trials within the EU, UK, and Switzerland.
