For our Quality Team in Bettlach, we are looking for a new team member to join us immediately or by arrangement, in the role of:
Quality Engineer II (m/f/d) - 100%
Location: Bettlach (SO)
Type of Contract: Permanent

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting intended/actual activities.
Support quoting activities by participating in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
Support training programs by developing and implementing specialized training sessions for applicable functions.
Conduct periodic review and maintenance of documentation files; develop systems for document storage and access.
Review supplier or customer discrepancies; ensure effective CAPA and NC data analysis and investigation.
Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer, supplier, and internal levels.
Participate in vendor survey activities as applicable.
Drive proactive participation with suppliers and aid in their process improvement efforts.
Interface with all departments regarding policies and procedures, especially ISO and GMP documentation, to ensure quality standards.
Monitor departmental activities; provide technical and logistical guidance for quality engineering staff.
Interface with customers on quality issues as needed.
Support and focus on corrective actions, utilizing SPC data and corrective tracking packages.
Serve as liaison between Jabil and suppliers or customers on quality issues.
Enhance technical support for the quality organization.
Adhere to safety, health, and security procedures.
Drive product risk management activities; ensure quality and completeness of design history files, validation packages, and change orders.
Assist in validation strategies and ensure compliance with FDA and ISO requirements.
Implement and maintain process improvement and optimization initiatives.
Support internal and external audits.
Operate the Quality Management System (QMS), including writing procedures and processes.
Support activities conducted by Quality Engineer I.
YOUR BACKGROUND
BSc or higher degree in Engineering or related experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Business fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
