Responsibilities
* Develop and adapt product forms for both lipophilic and hydrophilic active substances, including vitamins, carotenoid and eubiotics
* Design and prepare formulations using a range of processing techniques such as emulsification systems, particle size reduction, spray-based drying processes, extrusion, and comparable technologies.
* Perform analytical assessment and physical characterization of formulated products using laboratory techniques such as : UV/visible analysis spectroscopy, particle sizing, viscosity and rheological measurements, microscopy, color evaluation, turbidity assessment, and thermal analysis.
* Support experimental design and contribute to the refinement of formulation concepts and processing approaches.
* Continuously improve laboratory methods and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technical or analytical solutions.
Your Profile
* Technical training as a laboratory technician/technologist (chemical, pharmaceutical, or food) or a bachelor's/master degree in a related field.
* Proven experience in a technical laboratory environment.
* Solid knowledge of formulation technologies and analytical techniques
* Strong technical mindset, hands-on approach to laboratory equipment, and good proficiency in standard office tools.
* Fluent in English; German is an asset.
