Lead and coordinate with internal specialists to support customer programs, aiming to grow volume, market share, margin, and satisfaction.
Develop and implement account plans in collaboration with technical, production, and marketing teams by directing necessary resources.
Visit customers regularly to identify needs, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships to foster loyalty.
Increase market share through identifying conversion opportunities and new product development.
Maintain accurate 4-month rolling sales forecasts by monitoring stock levels and optimizing inventory.
Manage customer claims effectively, coordinating with quality and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure financial risks are minimized through accurate credit and payment management, collaborating with the Finance department.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to update customers on new developments and opportunities.
Prepare reports and meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Participate in exhibitions and seminars to promote our products and services.
Regularly update customer profiles and market information to reflect current data and forecasts.
Complete special projects or assignments as directed by the Country Manager.
Demonstrate analytical thinking, leadership, teamwork, and adherence to company values and conduct.
Maintain knowledge of local markets and media sources; experience in technical sales is preferred.
