What you achieve Train, support and promote team members – and be their role model
You pay special attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread, and you fight food waste by placing clever orders
Order goods at the right time and in the right quantity
Skillfully plan work within the weekly schedule and thus ensure efficient processes in your shop
Do everything to ensure the figures are balanced – in terms of turnover, personnel costs and stock of goods
What you bring Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (AFP)
Specialisation: in retail (food) or a related profession is an advantage
Professional experience: Three years or more of professional and leadership experience as a department, sector or aisle manager in retail
Love for fresh products and ideally experience in this area
Ability to plan and organise tasks and a keen sense for interpreting key figures
Good physical condition, some packages weigh up to 10 kilos
Good knowledge of computers, tablets and smartphones, quick adaptability to other digital tools (e.g. for goods management)
