Their mission includes continuous improvement and modernization of infrastructure to support operational excellence. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liConduct site surveys, assess existing technical installations and perform feasibility studies. /li liDefine technical requirements for HVAC, ventilation, cooling, heating and sanitary system interventions. /li liReview and coordinate engineering studies, plans and technical documentation across trades (HVAC, electricity, fire protection, etc.). /li liPrepare tender documents, contribute to procurement processes, evaluate bids and draft award recommendations. /li liCoordinate project execution phases, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and regulatory obligations. /li liWork closely with building operations, security teams and stakeholders to ensure continuity of activities during works. /li liSupport commissioning activities and the handover of installations to building operations teams. /li liMonitor project progress, risks, delays and budget deviations and propose corrective actions. /li liFollow up on defects during acceptance phases and warranty periods. /li liCoordinate temporary installations and logistics required for project implementation. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liUniversity degree in HVAC/CVC engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields. /li liMinimum 6 years of experience in the design and construction of building technical installations. /li liProven experience in multi‑technical coordination on complex projects. /li liExperience with large renovation projects in occupied buildings in Switzerland. /li liSolid knowledge of building technical systems (HVAC, electricity, sanitary, MCR, fire protection). /li liStrong understanding of operational continuity requirements on active sites. /li liExtensive knowledge of SIA standards and applicable technical regulations. /li liStrong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liExcellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liProficiency in AutoCAD: BIM knowledge is a strong asset. /li liFluent in French (oral and written) with good command of English. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work on high‑impact, large‑scale technical renovation projects in an international environment. /li liA role combining autonomy, technical expertise and cross‑functional collaboration. /li liA one‑year mission within a highly professional and multidisciplinary environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
