Key responsibilities
* Develop and optimize management‑reportings, dashboards and analysis tools focused on transparency and decision relevance.
* Define, further develop and implement meaningful KPIs for strategic corporate governance.
* Execute monthly, quarterly and annual closings in controlling including variance analyses and commentary.
* Contribute to forecasts, budgeting and operational planning cycles.
* Analyze business areas and processes to identify efficiency potentials.
* Support further development and integration of ERP and BI systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Tableau).
* Work closely with accounting and other functional departments and leadership.
Qualifications
* Degree as Betriebsökonom:in HF/FH, Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen or equivalent.
* Fundamental experience in controlling or business‑intelligence environments.
* High analytical thinking and affinity for digital tools and data visualization.
* Practical knowledge in SAP (FI/CO), SAP BW, Power BI or comparable BI solutions.
* Structured, accurate and independent working style with solution‑orientated mindset.
* Very good German skills, English required – French an advantage.
