Job Overview As a Cyber Security Engineer in the PSOC, you will be responsible for defining requirements, handling cybersecurity events, engaging with stakeholders, developing incident response plans, monitoring security alerts, providing training, and supporting the PSOC's development to ensure security excellence.
Responsibilities Define detailed PSOC requirements based on customer and business needs.
Handle and classify cybersecurity events, working with customers to resolve them.
Engage with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to assess and evaluate cybersecurity events.
Contribute to proposal documents involving the PSOC.
Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
Monitor security alerts, conduct audits, and security assessments.
Provide cybersecurity training and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Support the Senior Project Leader in building and maintaining the PSOC.
Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and stay updated on trends and technologies.
Qualifications Training in computer science or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in the railway environment.
Knowledge of standards like IEC62443, NIS2, IEC63452, EN50701, and legal frameworks like CRA.
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as events, incidents, vulnerabilities, exploits, and attacks.
Experience with SIEM systems and playbooks.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills in German and English.
