Job Description
* Participate the planning and execution of our implementation projects at several customers
* Bring in your own ideas and support our Business Analyst to create proper specifications for new features
* Monitor and maintain our products within the first period after going live
* Support our customers and ensure the knowhow transfer together with the implementation team
* Interact as interface between Client, Support and Development
* Support our sales activities
Qualifications
* Higher education in informatics /business informatics or equivalent
* Basic knowledge of the SDLC
* DevOps knowhow/ first experience as consultant is advantageous
* Scripting knowhow with Javascript or VBscript
* Motivation to work in an agile environment
* Good communication skills and analytical mindset
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
