Company specializing in trade and experienced Assistant Quality Manager at 100%Company specializing in trade and exotic fruits is looking for an experienced Assistant Quality Manager at 100%Main tasks:- Assist the Quality Manager in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the quality and food safety system;- Ensure compliance with legislation and current standards (HACCP, self-control, type, SwissGap, IFS, etc.);- Ensure monitoring of suppliers, social and environmental audits (Fairtrade, SMETA, Rainforest, SIZA, etc.);- Participate in quality control of imported fruits and manage non-conformities;- Monitor and analyze quality indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions;- Contribute to the management of internal and external audits (clients, authorities, certification bodies);- Participate in the training and awareness of staff regarding good hygiene and food safety practices;- Manage quality documentation (procedures, instructions, records);- Respond to requests from stakeholders (clients, suppliers, etc.);- Actively contribute to quality department projects.Desired profile:- Higher education (bachelor's degree) in food technology, agronomy, or equivalent diploma;- Good knowledge of food legislation;- Knowledge of HACCP is essential and knowledge of standards and IFS is desirable;- Rigor, sense of organization, and analytical skills are essential;- Good ability to work in a team and flexibility required;- In-depth mastery of Excel;- Languages: French and English essential. German is highly desirable.
