Your mission
* You will maintain and further develop our existing SharePoint and Power Automate infrastructure, including planning, designing, and implementing improvements.
* You will monitor the SharePoint and Power Automate environments to proactively identify and resolve issues.
* You will be responsible for setting up and managing site collections, websites, lists, workflows, forms, and reporting solutions.
* You will coordinate and carry out project tasks related to SharePoint development in collaboration with various departments.
* You will record and analyze business requirements to design and recommend SharePoint‑based solutions.
* You will develop solutions using standard features and customized applications in SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
* You will support website owners with existing data, assist in designing new environments, and guide them through implementation.
* You will diagnose and resolve issues related to SharePoint.
* You will provide user training and guidance as needed.
Your profile
* You have completed vocational training (EFZ) in Information Technology or hold an equivalent or higher qualification.
* You have experience working in project teams.
* You bring experience in planning, designing, implementing or maintaining SharePoint environments.
* You have a flair for creating or managing automated document‑management systems using workflows.
* You are comfortable working with technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, the Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft SharePoint.
* You have strong documentation and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* You are fluent in both German and English.
