Job Description Within the Product Development team (CODE), you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring coordination between the different teams, and ensuring deadlines are met as well as maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities - Organize projects (Structure/ Human Resources and means/ / Budget, Project Teams) - Actively contribute to defining the Product specifications - Ensure the objectives defined in the specifications are maintained - Facilitate project meetings and write the minutes - Ensure that decisions made are consistent with the project objectives - Be responsible for the proper functioning of the project according to the company's values - Ensure smooth communication (actions and decisions) within the project team with the various departments and governance - Establish reportings and the overall status of the projects - Conduct debriefings and determine action plans related to continuous improvement - Present new products at various events Profile - You hold a degree in micromechanics or watchmaking - You have experience in project management / CAPM, or equivalent - You have experience in product development, ideally in the high-end watchmaking sector Required Skills - You enjoy autonomy in your role and demonstrate rigor while being flexible and versatile - Integrity and trustworthiness; you have excellent communication skills - You master both French and English, in written and spoken forms Work Location Manufacture Breguet-L'Orient, Rue Alfred Lugrin, L'Orient VD Contact Person Elsa GIVERNAUD HRBP jid605545aaen jit0313aen jpiy26aen
