This role offers a global opportunity to lead a team and drive transformational projects within the Human Health (HH) division at our organization. As the Learning Director, you will be responsible for leading a team that develops innovative learning experiences to enhance the commercial capabilities and skills of employees within our Human Health division, including HH US, HH International, and HH Global Marketing. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in leadership and people management in Big Pharma sales, marketing, and/or Learning and Development. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with extensive related experience, including leadership and people management experience in a similar industry. A master's degree is preferred.
