Senior Consultant – Financial Services – Audit Insurance
Join KPMG Switzerland as a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services department, focusing on audit and regulation for insurance, asset managers, and banks supervised by FINMA or FOPH.

Your contribution to KPMG
* Run financial statement audits applying KPMG's audit and accounting practices.
* Conduct regulatory audits at insurance companies supervised by FINMA and FOPH using KPMG's methodology.
* Coordinate and take responsibility for planning, execution and completion of audit assignments.
* Research and resolve technical queries.
* Work on ad‑hoc regulatory assignments and advisory projects.
* Review and supervise the work of junior auditors.
* Communicate and present reports to management on identified issues.
* Report directly to partners, directors, and managers, focusing on firm and individual goals.
This is what makes you successful
* Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Audit.
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (Swiss CPA) (offered).
* At least 2 years’ experience in Financial Services Audit within a Big 4 or similar firm.
* Basic knowledge of Swiss regulatory environment.
* Knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS is a plus.
* Fluency in English and French (oral and written); German is a plus.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
* Dedication to high client service and professionalism.
