Key Responsibilities
Molecular & Microbiological Work
Actively contribute to developing molecular capabilities for:
Tracking molecular markers and microbes in planta
Collect and process samples for molecular analyses executed by CROs
Experimental Work (Lab & Greenhouse)
Execute trials with microbial-based products and biostimulant-treated plants
Support scientific experts in projects, testing, and analyses
Plan and conduct scientific experiments or equivalent tasks
Documentation, Data Analysis & Reporting
Document experiments and test results
Analyze data and prepare results for discussions with scientific experts
Prepare written and oral reports in English
Write detailed experiment protocols to ensure reproducibility
Record, communicate, and document test abnormalities, deviations, and errors
Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and workflows
Teamwork & Communication
Share relevant information with colleagues and supervisors
Provide technical support and advice to other laboratory personnel
Actively collaborate in an international, fast-paced research environment
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills & Background
Master’s degree in Molecular Biology (experience in plant biology and/or microbiology is a plus) We cannot accept PhD level candidates on this job.
Minimum 6 months of hands‑on wet‑lab experience in a molecular biology laboratory (e.g., internship)
Experience working with plants
Ability and motivation to learn and apply modern Agro‑Biological R&D technologies
Strong skills in literature and data mining
Solid understanding of lab safety requirements (HSE awareness)

Strong motivation and willingness to learn
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and changing environment
Good problem‑solving skills in biological experimentation
Strong communication skills in English
Willingness to perform routine laboratory tasks
