You know the processes in tax firms inside out, understand how good organization makes a difference, and always think a step digitally? Then take on a central role with us and guide our branches on the way to a modern, efficiently working tax consulting firm.
1. Lead a team of eight both professionally and disciplinarily
2. Promote the development of your colleagues and foster a strong team spirit
3. Organize the digital transformation in our branches and ensure smooth, modern workflows
4. Support multiple locations with organizational issues and actively advance digitization
5. Develop our digital solutions further together with two other teams and implement them practically in daily office life
6. Manage digitalization projects and software deployment to create real value for colleagues and clients
7. Possess several years of practical experience in a tax firm, understanding daily operations and local challenges and needs
8. Have solid knowledge of industry software, especially DATEV
9. Have leadership experience, having managed personnel, developed teams, and understanding what good leadership entails
10. Experience in change management and a digital mindset – actively approach change and involve others
11. Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and high service orientation complete your profile
