Your Responsibilities
* Finetune, optimize, and deploy existing ML models
* Work on the development of new ML models
* Work on a complex and broad field of problems where quality and processing speed are essential
* Work and contribute in our specialist team of experienced engineers
* Be involved in the entire software cycle and scope including design, development, maintenance, quality assurance, devops, technical customer support, and documentation
* Have an impact on real-world problems and contribute to technical customer support for developers
* Grow together with the sustainable growth of the company
* Receive coaching and training to realize projects and increasingly take responsibility
* Work with the following tools and technologies:
o Python and a major AI framework
o Docker, Git, GitHub
o C#/.NET, C++, CMake
Your Profile
* Master’s degree from a university in the area of computer science, information technology, or electrical engineering with a focus on AI
* Technical expertise
* Solid mathematical understanding of selected topics in ML and deep learning
* Development skills in a major ML framework (e.g. PyTorch)
* Knowledge and experience in training and fine tuning ML models
* Experience in general software development is a plus
* Experience with applied ML is a plus
* Experience in general software development (C# or C++) is a plus
* Languages
o English (fluently written and spoken)
o German (at least fluently spoken)
* Passionate solver of complex problems
* Independent thinker and communicative teamplayer
* Eager to learn new things and motivated to deepen and broaden your knowledge
* Resident in the greater Zurich area
