* A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of electronics and IT, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* You have excellent analytical skills, a keen sense of quality, and the ability to work independently.
* You are passionate about solving complex technical challenges and have a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and support.
* You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are proficient in MS Office.
