Your tasks
1. Support in maintaining GF’s data inventories (processing activities, assets, and vendors) in OneTrust
2. Support the Group Data Protection Office in Schaffhausen, Switzerland in day-to-day operations
3. Promote privacy across the organization
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess whether data collection and usage practices are transparent, protect user privacy, and mitigate risk
5. Support privacy risk assessments
6. Draft privacy policies, procedures and training materials
7. Evaluate effectiveness of privacy processes
Your profile
8. Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in law, business administration, business informatics or similar)
9. Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
10. Team player attitude with good interpersonal communication skills
11. Proactive, independent and structured way of working
12. Reliable, open and transparent way of communicating
13. Passion and curiosity to learn, improve and develop
14. Ideally experience in the field of data protection, compliance, or information security
15. Eligibility to work in Switzerland
