Your Tasks
* You will be responsible for developing, designing, and enhancing state-of-the-art PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for our drones, including schematics, layout, and commissioning
* Your role will involve developing and implementing advanced test equipment and procedures to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our drones
* Throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production, you will provide technical expertise and guidance
* You will be tasked with debugging complex electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance
* Collaboration with hardware and software teams is essential as you work to integrate electrical systems seamlessly and optimize the overall drone performance
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements is vital as you continuously explore new technologies to drive innovation within the drone field
* You will have the opportunity to mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team

Your Profile
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* You bring extensive experience (5+ years) in the design, development, and testing of PCBs (ideally for drones or similar applications)
* Proficiency in using ECAD software and tools for PCB design is a fundamental skill
* Programming skills in languages such as C/C++ are a plus
* An understanding of drone-related regulations and safety standards would also be a valuable asset
* You have a proven track record of successful project management and delivering projects on time and within budget
* Your excellent problem-solving skills, combined with a meticulous attention to detail, set you apart
* Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for this role
