The Role: Where Precision Meets Leadership
In this dynamic position, you will act as the key support and official deputy to the Head of Services. You will bridge the gap between daily financial operations and strategic process management.
* Financial Operations: Ownership of monthly internal closings, specific industry reconciliations (vignettes), and comprehensive reporting.
* Deputy Leadership: Provide professional guidance and act as the first point of contact in the absence of the department head.
* Bilingual Communication: Deliver expert advice to customers and suppliers in both German and French.
* Process Control: Responsibility for the Internal Control System (ICS) within the finance department to ensure quality and compliance.
* Account Management: Provide support and consultation in accounts receivable and payable, including the dunning process.
Qualifikationen
Your Profile: The Ambitious Specialist
* Education: Commercial background with a completed Higher Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting (Fachausweis) or a relevant degree (HF/FH).
* Experience: You have roughly 2 years of professional experience, ideally having recently completed your higher education and now seeking more responsibility.
* Linguistic Talent: Stilsicher in German and French; Italian is a plus.
* Systems: Skilled in MS Office and experienced with Navision/Business Central.
* Personality: An analytical thinker with an organized work style and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
