Job Description
Degree from ETH, UAS, university, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of three years' experience as a technical business analyst in banking IT; functional knowledge of finance and/or financial reporting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is an advantage.
Proficient in SQL and database access tools.
Knowledge of Java 21, Liquibase, and Maven.
Experience with GIT (GitHub) and deployment pipelines is an advantage.
Experience with API integration and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Strong technical acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your Role
As a member of the Finance, HR & Legal domain within the Corporate & Support platform (Development & Integration department), you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary focus will be on the management and continuous improvement of our domain's products, with a particular emphasis on RiskPro. You will play a key role in deploying new product versions and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Risk stakeholders; iteratively draft functional specifications following Agile methodologies.
Conduct functional analysis for improvement and maintenance projects related to Finance and Risk Group solutions.
Evaluate and integrate market tools, ensuring effective coordination with external vendors and managing release upgrades.
Proactively manage production incidents, swiftly identifying root causes and implementing efficient resolutions.
Identify and mitigate security risks in data transfer tools, including the handling of sensitive information such as passwords or confidential data.
Define and execute functional test cases to validate solutions; perform acceptance and non-regression testing (FAT).
Provide documentation, support, and analysis for production incidents and third-level support requests.
