As a key player in shaping the voice of a global brand, you will be responsible for leading impactful marketing projects. These projects involve coordinating their development, implementation, and rollout with internal teams, as well as external partners.
Your primary objective will be to create powerful clinical and marketing messages that showcase unique strengths and clinical advantages. To achieve this, you will collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and dental professionals.
In this role, you will serve as the main liaison for Bien-Air markets, facilitating the exchange of information, resources, and brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage marketing and communication projects by coordinating design, execution, and dissemination in collaboration with internal teams and service providers
* Create compelling clinical and marketing content in collaboration with product managers, sales teams, and practitioners
* Act as the primary contact for sharing information, materials, CI guidelines, etc., with Bien-Air markets
* Closely collaborate with subsidiaries (Europe – USA) by gathering feedback from dentists and subsidiaries to inform communication projects and co-create joint projects
* Produce and adapt various communication materials while ensuring consistency across all channels
* Deploy digital and physical campaigns to raise awareness, enhance visibility, and generate leads among practitioners
* Assist in social media management by creating posts aligned with the brand's visual identity and engaging with audiences
* Manage digital advertising campaigns, overseeing creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization
* Contribute to event coordination and management, ensuring effective communication and exhibition projects
* Track and analyze performance using KPIs and propose adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
* Bachelor or master degree in communication, marketing, international business, or related fields
* First experience in international companies
* Fluent in English, good commands in French
* Ability to adapt messaging to target cultures
* Creating and delivering consistent and engaging brand narratives
* Managing presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
* Being at ease in campaign design and problem-solving
