Eldora SA offers numerous benefits and recognition in a leading company in Switzerland.Mission:As the Head of the restaurant, you will oversee all F&B activities at the site: daily operations, banquets, cocktails, events, and VIP services. As a true conductor, you will work closely with the Chef to ensure an impeccable customer experience while maintaining a rigorous management of budgets, teams, and quality standards. You embody the values of the establishment, drive continuous dynamics, and ensure perfect communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.You will manage the economic performance of the activity by ensuring budget tracking, cost control, reporting, and meticulous account keeping. You will supervise all operations at the site, ensuring the quality of dishes, the fluidity of service, the excellence of the welcome, and an outstanding customer experience. You will organize banquets, cocktails, and events, from planning to execution, ensuring a high level of quality and seamless operation of the teams.On a daily basis, you will manage, train, and support your team, ensuring a positive work environment, conducting performance reviews, and developing skills. Alongside the Chef, you will take an active role in recruitment and ensure a structured onboarding process for new employees.You are constantly seeking levers to improve processes and manage resources, particularly through inventory tracking, ordering, and stock management, in a logic of efficiency. You will guarantee strict compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures, ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance. You will also ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of premises, equipment, and adjacent areas, in accordance with standards and protocols.Profile:Solid experience in management, leadership in a demanding environment (hospitality, high-end, institutional, etc.). Comfortable with numbers and tools: budget management, financial control, documentation accuracy. Exemplary leadership and service-oriented mindset: you rally your teams with expectations, kindness, and clarity. Excellent customer culture: you build relationships, anticipate needs, and handle unforeseen events calmly. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously (daily operations events), with method and responsiveness. Knowledge in the kitchen and a fine understanding of quality, production, and culinary challenges (Hospitality School, Federal Certificate or equivalent).
