In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring continuity and high-quality HR support across a broad range of topics within a dynamic and changing environment.br/ /p pbTes responsabilités /b /p liManage, supervise and/or execute all HR processes for Line Managers (direct reports to Business Unit Heads and below) and employees in Switzerland: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, personnel administration, internal communication in close alignment with HR Centres of Excellence processes and principles /li liAdvise and support managers and employees in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, as well as guide managers in leadership issues or difficult/ conflictive situations /li liIdentify Business needs and pulse to feed the rest of HR team with these inputs /li liSupport, accompany, align and prioritise change processes /li liActively participate in global HR projects and in the local development and implementation of Global HR processes /li liSupport and accompany Alpiq change processes /li liOther HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group /li pbTon profil /b /p liHigher education, Federal Certificate in Human Resources Management, equivalent Master’s degree or university qualification /li liMinimum 5 years of previous experience in an international company and/or a matrix organization with generalist HR tasks /li liGood expertise in Swiss labour law /li liStrong IT affinity and process-efficiency/automation orientation /li liEntrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking, combining an excellent client orientation with business focus /li liOutstanding communication skills, able to motivate and encourage innovation and pro-activity whilst challenging behaviours and attitudes that differ from Alpiq values /li liHigh level of initiative, independence and growth and thriving for excellence /li liAble to apply concrete measures and initiatives whilst keeping in mind the global picture /li liFluent in English and French.
