Job Description
In our Middle Office department, you will be working within the Institutional Operations Services team.
* Answer and/or coordinate operational requests/issues in the areas of payments, settlement, corporate actions and taxes, for mainly institutional or AM clients coming from the different Institutional Sales desks.
* Support Back Office teams with their requests to external partners.
* Coordinate transfer requests for large institutional clients and liaise with Securities Specialist, Settlement team and Middle Trading.
* Support the Payment team with payment-related activities by leading and following up on investigations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Back Office Services or Sales Support.
* Reliable, with strong learning capabilities and the ability to adapt well in a continuously changing environment.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Client-service oriented, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Fluent in French and very good command of English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Knowledge of Payments, Corporate Actions, Taxes, and Settlement would be an asset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
