Your responsabilities: Preparing and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards
Working independently on a section or supporting the kitchen team, depending on experience
Assisting with daily mise en place and service for lunch, dinner, and events
Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and timing
Complying with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous-Chef in daily kitchen operations
Contributing ideas and maintaining a positive team spirit in the kitchen
Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient
Your requirements: Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (depending on position)
Passion for fresh, high-quality products and modern cuisine
Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner, even under pressure
Team player with a reliable and motivated attitude
Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and responsibility
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Candidates should already have accommodation in the Gstaad area, as no staff housing is provided
