Responsibilities
1. Support and monitor local implementation of reward policies in program countries and HQs
2. Monitor and evaluate policy implementation, propose improvements, and use data analysis to inform decisions. Find innovative solutions to complex problems.
3. Contribute to the design and adaptation of rewards systems, ensuring coherence and alignment with other MSF Operational Centers while also adapting to local contexts and needs, communicate changes effectively and coherently.
4. Support MSF's Rewards strategy through data analysis and scenario planning.
5. Ensure multiannual planning of implementation of new measures and budget to give best visibility, when possible, while also remaining agile to adapt to changing contexts.
6. Provide proactive advice to HR and operational stakeholders, identify risks and opportunities that will come from implementing HR changes (legal, social & financial).
7. Deliver briefings and trainings to strengthen HR capacity and participate at work related events.
8. Advise and propose solutions to global rewards policies, representing your Operational Centre at intersectional level.
9. Stay up to date with new trends and market practices within the field of expertise to support strategic rewards decisions.
10. Contribute to any other cross-functional projects as requested by the Unit Manager
Your profile
Education
11. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
Experience
12. 3-5 years relevant experience in Rewards; remuneration analysis, HR policy development, function grid management
13. MSF or another INGO field experience is an asset
Languages
14. English and French are the working languages of MSF Switzerland. Fluency in both English and French is required for this position (oral and written).
Skills/ Technical competencies
15. Strong knowledge of Excel
16. Knowledge of HAY methodology is an asset
17. Knowledge of HR information systems such as Homere or similar HRIS

Terms of employment
23. Full-time position 100% (40h/week)
24. Open-ended contract,
25. Working place: Geneva, Switzerland
26. Ideal start date: December 1st, 2025
27. Gross annual salary (for 100%): from CHF 94'440.- to CHF 108'348.- (salary commensurate with equivalent experience and internal salary grid)
28. Paid vacation: 25 days per year, prorate temporis, plus any Swiss public holidays falling within the contract period.
29. Pension plan: pension contribution covered 3/4 by MSF, 1/4 by staff member.
30. Relocation package if moving from a different country to Switzerland.
