As a Senior Software Solution Architect at Hexagon Robotics, you will shape end‑to‑end solutions that connect our advanced robotic systems with modern enterprise environments. You turn complex customer needs into clear, scalable architectures that balance innovation, business value, and technical feasibility. In this role, you work closely with engineering teams, influence key technical decisions, and help deliver secure, high‑quality solutions that have real impact for our customers.

Your Mission
* Define an architectural vision that connects customer needs with our product ecosystem and supports both business and technical goals
* Advise product teams and leadership on feasibility, risks, and solution options, and collaborate with fellow architects on customer integrations
* Design and guide the delivery of secure, scalable enterprise solutions, including architectural blueprints and technology choices
* Provide hands‑on technical leadership and mentor engineers through architecture reviews and best practices
* Ensure compliance with security, data, and industry standards while driving continuous improvement
* Shape the growth of a fast‑moving organisation that combines start‑up energy with global impact
Your Skillset
* Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Strong background in enterprise software architecture and modern technology standards
* ~10 years of software engineering experience, ideally with data‑intensive integrations in factory automation environments
* Familiarity with ERP, MES, SCADA, or similar industrial systems
* Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable data ingestion from edge devices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with robotics workflows or ML‑ready data architectures is a plus
