* 8 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.

* Experience cleaning, joining, and analyzing datasets with various types of data, logs, and surveys.
* Research or Industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing or Deep Learning.

* Lead goals and strategy discussions through research by analyzing, consolidating, or synthesizing what is known about user, product, service, or business needs.
