We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Europe.
This role will involve building stronger capabilities and expertise to define and implement an ambitious strategy around joint business planning with key accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
* Create and implement a Key Account Strategy focused on sales development, profitability, and retail excellence
* Develop relationships and alliances with Key Accounts through strong collaborative planning and identifying opportunities for long term sustainable growth
* Negotiate commercial agreements ensuring image and space requirements, merchandising and marketing plans
* Propose and execute strategic plans that would maximize business opportunities, growth, and profitability
Requirements :
* Master Degree in International Business or any related field
* 10 years experience in international sales position within the Travel Retail and Beauty Industry, including at least 5 years of management
* Fluent in English and French
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
* Proven skills of negotiations and influence, with business acumen
