As Off Trade Key Account Manager Switzerland you will be taking care of the retail customer accounts. You will be reporting directly to National Key Account Manager and with him you are responsible for the Swiss Off trade strategy, the yearly negotiations and daily follow-ups with the existing customer base as well as onboarding new customers by driving distribution and growing our overall volume. You will have monthly meetings with the different stakeholders to monitor the off trade performance and campaigns and ensure you match or even outperform the budget.

* Yearly negotiations with existing base and extend the network
* Acquire new customers that are not yet covered
* Set up and ensure an annual promo planning
* Ensure listing of our portfolio
* Monthly meetings to discuss performance
* Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered
* Travelling within Switzerland to visit the different Partners
What would you bring :
* Bachelor’s / Master's Degree, preferably in Business Administration / Economics
* At least 3+ years of commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales
* Mandatory languages : German and English
* Optional languages : French (will considered as advantage)
* Has strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
* Analyze Volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
* Target driven and a “dream big” mindset
* Willing to go the extra mile to deliver the results
* Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve goals
* Knows how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
