Your main tasks
* Handling late check-ins and early check-outs
* Operating the telephone switchboard and performing basic administrative tasks
* Checking daily service reports
* Performing general cleaning duties
* Guest care and providing services
* Ensuring peace and order throughout the hotel, including regular patrols of the premises
Your profile
* Completed training in Front Office
* Several years of professional experience as a Night Audit in upscale hotels
* Good language skills in German, English, and French; Italian is also desirable
* Reliable and responsible personality
