Tasks
As a Site Manager, you will oversee and manage all phases of renovation and transformation projects:
- Technical and financial project preparation
- Worksite scheduling, resource planning, and inventory
- Daily on-site execution and coordination
- Procurement and materials supply
- Implementation and follow-up on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
- Budget monitoring, cost estimation, reporting, and billing
- Attending site meetings and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- Certified Site Manager / Construction Supervisor (Swiss-recognized qualification)
- At least 5 years of on-site experience in Switzerland
- Proficient with IT tools and Baubit software
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive
- Fluent in French
