Socio-administrative collaborator (F/M) at 90%
In this position, you will be responsible for reception, administrative management of the secretariat and the harmonised differentiated follow-up of social assistance beneficiaries. You will be specifically in charge of the following activities:
management of health insurance funds and litigation;
management of the financial files of social assistance beneficiaries;
preparation and issuance of social assistance budgets;
payments of material aid to beneficiaries;
reception at the counter and by telephone;
various correspondence.
Your profile:
Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification;
proven experience in secretarial work and social insurance;
proficiency in the French language and office software;
knowledge of public administration operations is an asset.
