A UHNW family is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Private Butler to provide exceptional, personalised service. The ideal candidate should have exclusive butler experience within the past 7 years, with a proven track record in catering to high-profile clients. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail, offering the opportunity to work in a prestigious environment while ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the family's daily activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive butler services, ensuring a high level of comfort and service for the family at all times.
* Manage daily household needs, including table service, overseeing the household staff, and ensuring cleanliness and order in all areas.
* Coordinate and manage the family's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Supervise the household inventory, ensuring that all supplies are maintained and replenished as necessary.
* Handle personal errands and requests promptly and efficiently, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
* Ensure all special events, both private and formal, are flawlessly executed, including preparing the home for guests, organizing logistics, and managing staff.
* Maintain the family's wardrobe, ensuring proper care, organization, and presentation.
* Anticipate the needs of the family members and proactively address them, delivering exceptional service with the highest level of attention to detail.
* Act as the point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
* A minimum of 7 years of exclusive butler experience, ideally working for UHNW individuals or in luxury hospitality.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of household management, fine dining, and event coordination.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Impeccable presentation, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
* Discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Personal Attributes:
* Exceptional ability to anticipate and respond to the family's needs, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Calm under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with poise.
* Highly adaptable, able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when required.

Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility depending on the family's needs (including weekends or travel).
Salary: CHF 90' '000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
