This role offers the opportunity to lead the product marketing strategy for an innovative, high-growth B2C platform in the gaming and fintech ecosystem. You will be responsible for bridging product development and market success, ensuring seamless go-to-market execution, and driving adoption, engagement, and retention. The position combines strategic thinking, hands‑on marketing execution, and cross‑functional leadership, with a strong focus on compliance, user safety, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with product, design, development, and external partners to shape positioning, define unique value propositions, and optimize user experiences. This role provides autonomy, influence, and the chance to scale marketing processes from scratch in a fast‑paced startup environment. Passion for gaming, esports, and community engagement is highly valued, and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian with English proficiency is required.
Accountabilities
Lead and grow the Product Marketing function, providing strategic guidance while maintaining a hands‑on approach to execution
Develop and implement marketing strategies for B2C products and B2B platform features
Collaborate closely with product, design, development, and external partners to enhance product mechanics and drive market adoption
Create positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions tailored to target audiences
Monitor and optimize KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion funnels, continuously testing hypotheses for improvement
Plan and execute product launches and market entry strategies
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product positioning, strategy, and communications
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and campaign execution
Report on initiative effectiveness and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Growth, or similar roles within high‑growth B2C tech startups, ideally in iGaming/Gambling
Proven experience in launching products, creating GTM strategies, and scaling marketing processes from scratch
Knowledge of product lifecycle, digital marketing principles, user acquisition channels, retention strategies, and unit economics
Hands‑on experience with analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights
Strong leadership or mentoring experience, with ability to lead cross‑functional teams or PMM squads
Experience establishing partnerships with streamers, influencers, or ecosystem partners
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for remote collaboration
Passion for gaming, esports, and the CS2/CS:GO community
Comfortable working within CET/EET time zones and fast‑paced startup environments
