We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS) for Swiss Sales and Central Services. This is a strategic leadership role with a direct impact on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR 2017/745, GDP, GMP, and Swissmedic regulations
* Align quality initiatives with corporate goals and foster a strong quality culture across the organization
* Lead and develop the Quality Unit team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
* Define and implement the quality strategy for Sales CH and Central Services
* Oversee QMS performance, audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as the primary liaison with Swissmedic, Notified Bodies, and other regulatory authorities
* Ensure compliance with HMG, MepV, and internal standards
* Serve as IMS Process Owner and Coordinator for assigned processes
* Support product lifecycle management and supplier qualification processes
Your Profile
* University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field
* Proven experience in quality management within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, GDP, GMP, and Swiss regulatory requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
