Today, Bvlgari operates across five business sectors: jewelry, watches, fragrances, accessories, and hospitality.br/Based in Switzerland, our Watches and Fragrances divisions offer an inspiring and dynamic environment, providing exceptional career opportunities within a truly international context. /p ppbOur internship opportunity /b /p /p pIn order to strengthen our Watch Marketing department based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a: /p pbWatch Marketing Trainee /b /p pb(6 months from September 2026 to February 2027) /b /p pReporting directly to our Watch Marketing Manager, the main mission of this role is to support our team dedicated to our iconic Serpenti collection on the following activities: /p liProduct launches: creation of product sheets, in-depth competitive analysis and mapping of our products and collections, follow-up of product shoots, etc.... /li liSales and performance analysis, throughout the product life cycle /li liAnalyze luxury market trends and competitive landscapes, and provide regular, insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making. /li liContribute to product portfolio analysis, synthesizing findings and formulating actionable recommendations. /li pbWhat you will learn /b /p liUnderstanding the product life cycle in the luxury sector, analyzing sales and identifying growth levers. /li liCompetitive intelligence benchmarking: ability to analyze trends in the luxury goods market and draw up recommendations for adjusting the offering. /li liProduct portfolio analysis: structuring and synthesizing complex information to optimize a product range. /li ppbYour Background /b /p /p pCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management, you are seeking a motivating and enriching internship in the luxury sector. Prior luxury experience is a plus. /p pYou are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, and project management. Fluency in French and English is required. /p pDriven by a passion for luxury and a curious mind, you possess sharp analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong results orientation. You excel at developing and presenting strategic insights with attention to both form and content.
