On behalf of our client, a leading global technology company, we are seeking a HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team in Switzerland. This is a great contract opportunity to play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, driving employer branding, and ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
This is a hybrid position based in Baden. Temporary 1-year contract.
Overview
The HR Operations Specialist will act as a trusted partner to business leaders and HR stakeholders, supporting both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. You will collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong pipelines and contribute to talent advancement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: candidate selection, interviews, reference checks, communication, and offer negotiations.
* Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to understand talent needs and workforce planning across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
* Advocate for internal talent mobility and support succession planning initiatives.
* Build and maintain external talent pipelines in collaboration with the active sourcing team.
* Ensure smooth coordination with HR Operations (e.g., postings, scheduling, offers).
* Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
* Drive employer branding initiatives, trainee programs, and early talent activities both locally and online.
Your Background / Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of in-house recruitment experience (agency background acceptable if combined with in-house).
* Proven success recruiting in a global, matrix organization.
* Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and networking skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR tools.
* Solid understanding of succession planning and workforce planning.
* Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
