The group engages a global fanbase through in-house film productions and partners with other impact-driven organizations such as 1% for the Planet and Protect Our Winters. /p pThe group is committed to incorporating sustainable practices across the business, inspiring activism and driving positive environmental and social change, using each independent brand as a platform to catalyze a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative future for all. /p h3The Role /h3 pBased in Le Chable, Valais, CH | Full time (100%) | From 1 Jul. 2026 until 30 Apr. 2027 /p pWe’re looking for an eCommerce Operations Intern to join our DTC team and support the day-to-day execution of our eCommerce business across multiple brands and markets. /p pThis is a hands‑on internship for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and interested in how an eCommerce business runs day to day. /p pWith the support of your manager and the wider eCommerce team, you will help keep our websites accurate, up to date and ready for key launches, campaigns and commercial moments. You will support product setup, site updates, merchandising implementation, QA checks, localisation, reporting and general eCommerce operations. /p pThis role suits someone early in their career who wants to learn about digital commerce, site operations, merchandising and DTC execution in a fast-moving outdoor sports business. /p h3Site operations and product setup /h3 ul liSupport the day-to-day running of our eCommerce sites across brands and markets /li liHelp with product setup, page updates, collection maintenance, catalogue structure and general back‑end site administration. You'll help keep our sites clear, accurate and operationally ready. /li /ul h3Digital merchandising and campaigns /h3 ul liAssist with digital merchandising updates in line with priorities set by the eCommerce team /li liSupport product launches, campaign pages, promotional setup, homepage updates, collection visibility and key seasonal moments /li liHelp ensure the right products, messages and campaign assets are reflected correctly on site /li /ul h3QA and customer experience checks /h3 ul liCarry out QA checks on product pages, site updates, campaign changes, promotional mechanics and customer‑facing journeys /li liTest updates before launch, check for errors or inconsistencies and flag issues clearly to the wider team /li liHelp make sure the customer experience is smooth across devices, markets and site journeys /li /ul h3Localisation and content coordination /h3 ul liSupport translation and localisation updates across markets and languages /li liHelp ensure localised content, pricing, promotions and customer‑facing information are correctly reflected across different territories /li /ul h3Reporting and operational support /h3 ul liSupport routine reports, trackers and operational updates for the eComm team /li liHelp maintain visibility around launches, promotions, site tasks and key execution points /li /ul h3Cross‑functional coordination /h3 ul liWork closely with the eComm team as well as Marketing, CX and Operations where site updates, launches or customer‑facing changes require alignment /li liSupport a lean, fast‑moving team by helping ensure day-to-day execution is accurate, timely and well organised /li /ul h3You should bring /h3 ul liStrong organisation and attention to detail /li liAn interest in eCommerce, digital operations and online merchandising /li liConfidence working with and learning digital tools, especially Shopify, Shopify apps and related eCommerce tools /li liStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups /li liFamiliarity with reporting tools such as Looker, or a willingness to learn /li liBasic HTML knowledge is a plus /li liA structured, dependable and proactive way of working /li liGood problem‑spotting skills and the confidence to flag issues clearly /li liThe ability to manage multiple tasks carefully and follow through /li liA collaborative mindset and willingness to work with different teams /li liAwareness of the importance of accuracy across different markets, currencies and languages /li liFluent written and spoken English /li /ul pPrevious internship, part‑time or project experience in eCommerce is a plus, but not essential /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liAn energized and dynamic team within a fast‑paced international environment /li liBrands with strong identity and values that resonate with our fans and team members /li liSwiss intern wage - ideal for post‑grad students who want to get a foot in the outdoor sports industry /li liA pair of Faction Skis or a United Shapes snowboard + set of clothes to wear and ride with pride. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
