Global retailers such as Walmart, Carrefour, EDEKA, SPAR, and FairPrice are already deploying our platform across thousands of stores. Together, we are defining a new global standard for in-store retail media.
This involves complex challenges across distributed systems, edge AI, real-time data processing, cloud infrastructure, and privacy-first design—built from our engineering hub in Zurich.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to turn real-world shopper, campaign, and retail data into analytics products that deliver measurable value for retailers, agencies, and brands.
You will work at the intersection of data science, analytics engineering, and business consulting. Your focus will be to design analytical frameworks, develop insights, and drive customer success through data-driven decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
* Transform sensor, campaign, and retailer data into structured analytics frameworks
* Define metrics and methodologies for scalable analytics datasets
* Build dashboards and analytics products for customers and internal teams
* Write and optimize complex SQL queries on large datasets
* Develop analytics workflows for modeling, validation, and experimentation
* Collaborate with client-side data teams to align methodologies
* Work closely with Data Engineers and Product teams on pipelines and delivery
* Validate data quality and improve monitoring processes
* Contribute to emerging retail media measurement standards
Your Profile
* Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
* 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or measurement roles
* Experience in retail, media, advertising, or marketing analytics
* Strong Python for analytics and modeling
* Experience with modern data platforms (BigQuery, Databricks, etc.)
* Data visualization skills (Tableau or similar)
* Experience building metrics, dashboards, and business-facing analytics
* Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
* Experience collaborating with data engineering teams
* Strong communication skills; fluent in English
Nice to have
* Retail media or campaign measurement experience
* Attribution or incrementality modeling
* Experience with sensor-based or behavioral data
