We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the integration of Target Price Range (TPR) and drive organizational change management as part of an expanded mandate. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes across global, regional, and affiliate levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Co-lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate.
* Drive organizational change management, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition.
* Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, and other system owners.
* Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus.
* Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale.
* Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations.
* Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large-scale change across diverse markets.
* Ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders.
* Fluency in English.
