We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.In EMEA BRO, and specifically Regulatory and Risk Processes and Initiatives (RRPI) team, we provide optimal risk services which enable EMEA to deliver on its client promise and sustainably achieve its goals.The RRPI team is specifically focused onensuring regulatory compliance of the business by proactive monitoring of regulatory developments and timely implementation of regulatory change initiativessupporting / leading various risk initiatives, ensuring effective risk management processes and remediation of existing and new issues, which enable EMEA to sustainably achieve its goalscreating awareness for important risk topics with the front, incl. conducting specific trainings/information sessions and providing platforms for information exchangebringing together views of front, Legal, Compliance to enable sustainable solutionsproviding continuous support and advice to the front and other stakeholders as a go-to team and sparring partner for risk-related topicsYour expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate whohas completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start datehas excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German preferredhas structured and detailed oriented personality with numerical and analytical skillshas strong social and collaborative skills, with an ability to cope with diverse personalities in an international environmenthas values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborativeis motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlinesStart Date 1st February 2026About UsUBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
